Haven San Antonio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the direct booking platform at this website. Questions about this policy may be directed to concierge@havensanantonio.com.

We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Create an account or make a reservation (name, email, phone number)
• Complete a payment (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Contact us or send messages through the platform

We also collect limited technical data automatically:

• IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies)
• Cookies required for authentication and session management

• Process and manage your reservation
• Send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and service updates (transactional)
• Send marketing emails or SMS messages, only if you have opted in
• Respond to support requests and messages
• Improve platform functionality and troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We share your information only as necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe — payment processing (card data is never stored by us)
• Hospitable — property management and reservation coordination (name, email, phone, stay dates)
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery (email address)
• Twilio — SMS delivery for stay-related updates and, where you have opted in, marketing messages (phone number)
• Google Firebase — secure database for guest profiles, reservation records, and in-platform messages
• Google Analytics — aggregated, anonymized site analytics (IP address, pages visited), only if you accept analytics cookies
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure; request logs may include IP addresses and are retained for up to 30 days

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our guests, staff, or properties.

We retain your account and reservation data for as long as your account is active and for up to three years afterward to meet legal, tax, and operational obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

We use industry-standard measures — HTTPS encryption, access controls, and third-party services that maintain SOC 2 or equivalent certifications — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may at any time:

• Access or correct the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message
• Withdraw consent to marketing SMS by replying STOP to any text message
• Opt out of analytics cookies by clicking "Decline" on the cookie banner or changing your browser settings

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and Texas residents under the TDPSA, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sharing of personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising (such as advertising audience uploads to Meta or Google). We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management — these cannot be declined without affecting platform functionality.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Your preference is stored in a browser cookie (valid for one year). You may change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies, which will re-display the banner on your next visit.

Our platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
